Bridport Gardening Community

Gardening is a great pastime and the people of Bridport spend a lot of time gardeing.  There are loads of clubs, organisations and associations all dotted around Bridport and the surrounding community, all putting on shows, events and competitions that we all love to get involved in.  Whether it’s opening your back garden as part of the “Yellow Book” National Garden Scheme or entering into the most famous of local events the Melplash Show, there is always something of interest going on in the Bridport gardeners world.

We noticed at Groves that our notice board has become an invaluable point of reference for local gardeners so it seemed somehow logical that we could replicate this onto our website.  We would like to develop this part of the website so that you can find groups and organisations that will be relevant to you but also so that if you are at a loose end this weekend then you can click onto our website and see what’s going on in the local area. We want this to be your part of our website so please let us know what you think.
