Clematis Armandii Apple Blossom

Evergreen Clematis 

Large dark green glossy leaves and pink star-shaped flowers in March and April. The flowers are sweetly scented. A vigorous climber. RHS AGM.

Soil: Requires a moisture retentive soil with good drainage. 

Site: Suitable for sun or partial shade. Plant in a sheltered site.

Best grown against a southwest wall to protect early buds from frost damage.

Height:  Can spread 6m or more.
