(Auswinston). Flowers are shallow-cupped, loosely double, with a beautiful carmine-red/deep pink colour. Repeat flowering Jun - Oct. Scented. Grow in humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in full sun - tolerates almost any soil & some shade (4-5 hours of sun a day).
For best flowering mulch in winter & feed with a balanced fertilizer in spring & summer. Dead-head to prolong flowering. Prune in late winter (Feb).
Add 'Rootgrow' to the roots to give them a good start. Height & spread 1.2m (4ft). To combat fungal diseases regular spraying is needed. Good disease resistance.
