Sow Outside in spring in shallow seed drills, keeping watered during dry weather. Germi-nation may be erratic.
Alternatively Sow in Pots in doors at a temperature of 15-20C. Thin out direct sown seed-lings or transplant into individual pots when large enough to handle. Grow on and plant in well prepared soil or containers in a sunny position.
Harvest Fresh leaves for drying at any time. Pick young leaves before the sun gets too hot and add to summer drinks.
