Placing an order

Can I order over the phone?

We prefer to take website orders, and our webshop is very user friendly, however if you are experiencing difficulties please phone us on 01308 422654 and we will do our best to help you.

Can I put in an order for something you don’t already stock?

It depends what it is!  Our Pets Department manager often places special orders for customers, and other departments may be able to help depending which supplier it is and how often we place orders with them.

Can I buy indoor plants online?

We don’t sell our lovely indoor plants online.  However if you come instore we have an excellent selection which is refreshed weekly.

What are the shipping costs?

Can I select a preferred day for delivery?

Our website and tills will offer you a range of days based on our schedule for delivery, you can then select a date which works best for you.

What happens if I’m not at home when you come to deliver?

If no-one is home when we deliver we will leave your order in a safe place.  You can use the notes section of our checkout to give information to help our delivery team.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer click and collect for online orders from Groves and Little Groves, simply select this option at the checkout and choose the date you would like to collect from us.
