For the credit card sized gift cards you can check your balance instore at any of our tills or the customer service point. Digital Gift Voucher balances can be checked online here
Can I buy gift cards online?
You can buy a selection of our digital gift vouchers online, which can be used at all our locations including Ivy House Kitchen. We also sell the HTA digital gift vouchers online.
Can I redeem gift cards online?
Our website accepts the Groves Digital Gift Vouchers at checkout.
If I buy a gift voucher online, can I use it in-store?
Yes, our digital gift vouchers have a scannable barcode which you can use at the tills.
Can I exchange a gift card for cash?
We are not able to offer cash in exchange for a gift card balance.
