An attractive mint with cream and green leaves.  A great addition to any herb bed for both visual impact and great taste.

Flowers: Spikes of white flowers in summer

Sun/shade: Partial shade

Maintenance: Remove flowers to promote further leaf growth.

Soil: Moist, deep soil

Harvesting: Hardy, perennial that dies back in winter.  Pick leaves through the growing season.

Cooking uses:  Has a pleasant pineapple flavour and the leaves are ideal to add to salads, fruit cups and punches.  

Other Uses: Particularly good for potpourri - especially fruity ones
