Harvesting: Hardy biennial. Pick leaves as required in Spring Autumn. Can be grown and harvested over winter if brought into a sheltered place or cool windowsill.
Cooking uses: Widely used in cooking. Has a stronger flavour than curled leaved parsley.
Medicinal uses: Great source of vitamin C and iron. Leaves are strongly diuretic. Known as a good breath freshener (especially after eating garlic!)
